Waiter/Waitress Job Description

Every restaurant wants a good waiter who can perform and carry lots of responsibilities on his/her shoulders. A good waiter or server makes customers happy by providing his service so the customers willing to come back in the restaurant over again and again. Since waiter is the only one who is responsible for welcoming guests when they enter into the restaurant, request them to have a seat, provide them menu and give them info about our today’s special items, taking orders, get payment and clean the table after customer leave. As you are the one who is responsible after the restaurant manager to coordinate with food and beverage kitchen staff to keep the maintain food standard and try to increase the optimal level of customers satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2 years working experience in a Restaurant as a waiter.
• Stress less when have to work under pressure.
• Ability to perform multi-tasking job when required.
• Visit visa or expiry employment visa both are acceptable.
• Willing to join immediately.
