1. Facilities Engineer

• Preferred candidates with BS Mechanical/Electrical.
• Candidates with 8 to 10 years of Managerial experience.

2. HVAC Technician

• Preferred candidates with ITI or Equivalent course certificate.
• Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Gulf region.

3. Multi Skilled Technician

• Preferred candidates with ITI or Equivalent course certificate.
• Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Gulf region.

4. BMS Technician

• Preferred candidates with ITI or Equivalent course certificate.
• Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Gulf region.

5. Electrician

• Preferred candidates with ITI or Equivalent course certificate.
• Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Gulf region.

6. Plumber

• Preferred candidates with ITI or Equivalent course certificate.
• Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Gulf region.

7. Multi Skilled Technician/Carpenter/Painter

• Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Gulf region.

8. Facility Supervisor

• Preferred candidates with Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical.
• Candidates with 10 years experience in Operation of BMS and FM.

9. Housekeeping Team Leader

• Candidates with experienced person capable of handling cleaning team of 40-50 people and manage cleaning services for a building of 500,000 sqft.

10. General Cleaners – Male

• 12 hours per working day.
