Dussmann Facilities Management is welcoming passionate and experienced technical professionals who can join our growing Dussmann Gulf family to fill the following roles including:

• Swimming Pool Heat Pump Specialists
• Swimming Pool Heat Pump Chiller Technicians
• Swimming Pool Heat-Cool Unit Technicians
• Swimming Pool HVAC Technicians

Job Requirements:

• Preferred candidates with ITI/Diploma in relevant technical discipline.
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience in a similar role.
• Candidates with experience in Pool Heat-Cool / Heat Pump systems (UAE or GCC preferred).
• Candidates must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa within 5 to 7 days.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot heat-cool / heat pump systems.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, electrical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigerant faults.
• Understand water chemistry impact and corrosion prevention.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals.
• Maintain records of installations, testing and preventive maintenance.
