Al Bonian FM is a leading integrated, and bespoke facilities management solution in Dubai, specialize over both hard and soft FM services. It is actively looking for experienced Technicians and Skilled Trades professionals to join our growing facility management team for the following roles:

• Civil Multi Technician (UAE Manual Driving License required)
• Team Leader – Civil cum Driver
• Team Leader – MEP cum Driver
• HVAC Technician cum Driver
• Shutter Door Technician
• MEP Technician – Driver
• Network Cabling Technician

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with minimum of 3+ years of experience in Facility Management (FM) operations in the UAE.
• Candidates with ITI / Diploma (mandatory for Technician roles).
• Candidates must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must have good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred only.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per work schedules.
• Inspect equipment and facilities, identify faults, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Perform assigned maintenance or cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards.
• Follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Complete work orders, maintain service records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
