Job Requirements For Operations Executive:

• Candidates with minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within the Facilities Management industry.
• Candidates must hold a valid manual UAE driving license.

Job Requirements For Office Boy:

• Asian nationality (Muslim) is preferred.
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience in the relevant role.
• Fluent in English – able to communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
• Skilled in preparing Arabic beverages such as Gahwa (Arabic coffee), Karak tea, etc.

Job Responsibilities For Office Boy:

• Maintains cleanliness and tidiness in pantry and office areas.
• Familiar with hospitality etiquette and serving protocols.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and courteous in behavior.
• Punctual, disciplined, and proactive in daily responsibilities.
