Concordia DMCC is a leading Dubai-based Integrated Facilities Management company that provides maintenance, cleaning, security, and technical services to residential, commercial communities. Concordia is excited to announce an open day walk-in interview for skilled workers who want to be a part of our growing company. Interested candidates can apply for the following roles:

MEP Supervisor
Junior Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Appropriate FM certificates or qualification.
Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management Operation.
Having strong computer skills with hands-on experience in report preparation, and CAFM system operations.
Candidates with experience in managing Facilities Management services within residential/commercial towers.
Candidates with experience working under Owners Association management will be an advantage.
Having strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
Candidates must have good communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa are highly preferred.

Interview Time: 01:30 PM to 04:30 PM
