Dussmann Facilities Management is welcoming passionate and experienced technical professionals who can join our growing Dussmann Gulf family to fill the following roles including:
- Swimming Pool Heat Pump Specialists
- Swimming Pool Heat Pump Chiller Technicians
- Swimming Pool Heat-Cool Unit Technicians
- Swimming Pool HVAC Technicians
Job Requirements:
- Preferred candidates with ITI/Diploma in relevant technical discipline.
- Candidates with 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience in a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in Pool Heat-Cool / Heat Pump systems (UAE or GCC preferred).
- Candidates must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa within 5 to 7 days.
- Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot heat-cool / heat pump systems.
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, electrical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigerant faults.
- Understand water chemistry impact and corrosion prevention.
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals.
- Maintain records of installations, testing and preventive maintenance.
