Dussmann Facilities Management is welcoming passionate and experienced technical professionals who can join our growing Dussmann Gulf family to fill the following roles including:

1. Pool & Water Feature Operator

• Monitor and maintain pH, chlorine, and all operating parameters as per health and safety standards.
• Maintain daily logs, water test records, PPM reports, and incident documentation.
• Operate pumps, filtration, heaters, heat pumps, UV and ozone systems.
• Conduct backwashing, inspections, troubleshooting, and rectify issues (cavitation, airlocks, leaks, valves).
• Ensure proper chemical handling (MSDS) and system synchronization.

2. Pool & Water Feature Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair Sauna/Steam systems, pumps, heaters, UV/Ozone, dosing systems, lighting, control panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, voltage issues, grounding, panels, and power supply.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Inspect motors, wiring, transformers, and maintain technical records.

3. Pool & Water Feature Plumber

• Pressure testing, leak detection, commissioning complex pool systems.
• Manage suction, return, overflow, filtration piping networks.
• Maintain pumps, heaters, UV/Ozone, heat-cool units, dosing systems.
• Troubleshoot pump failures, blockages, valves, pressure issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed reports.

4. Pool Heat-Cool Unit/Heat Pump Technician

• Proven experience in swimming pool heat pump systems.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, controls.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant faults.
• Understand water chemistry impact and corrosion prevention.
• Read schematics and maintain service documentation.

5. Pool & Water Feature Cleaner

• Daily pool cleaning: skimming, vacuuming, brushing, overflow cleaning.
• Maintain baskets, balancing tanks, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor pumps, filters, heaters, dosing systems and report abnormalities.
• Assist in backwashing and basic maintenance.
• Ensure correct water levels and use proper PPE.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred candidates with ITI/Diploma Certification.
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience in the same field.
• Having strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Having ability to work independently and within a team.
• Having excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Candidates with relevant UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Candidates with holding a valid UAE manual driving license is an advantage.
