Dussmann Facilities Management is welcoming passionate and experienced technical professionals who can join our growing Dussmann Gulf family to fill the following roles including:

MEP Roles – Engineering & Supervision:

• MEP Engineer
• MEP Supervisor

Key Responsibilities & Qualification:

• Candidates with Engineering certification or a diploma in a relevant trade is required.
• Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE’s Facilities Management sector, with demonstrated expertise in MEP operations and services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients.
• Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities management sector.
• Candidates with valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining on visit visa or cancelled visa, ready to start within 5 to 7 days.

Technician Roles – Multi-Skilled & Trade:

• Chiller Technician
• MEP Multi Skilled Technician
• Civil Multi Skilled Technician
• Electrician
• Plumber

Key Responsibilities & Qualification:

• Candidates with ITI certification or a diploma in a relevant trade is required.
• Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the Facilities Management sector within the GCC.
• Excellent technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Candidates with valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates with basic proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining on a visit visa or with a cancelled visa.
