Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector.
• Familiarity with property management accounting and real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the real estate sector.
• You will be responsible for handling accounting aspects of under-development projects, leases and property management.
