Position Title: Senior Accountant

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector.
Familiarity with property management accounting and real estate transactions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the real estate sector.
You will be responsible for handling accounting aspects of under-development projects, leases and property management.
