So many problems can be related to end users, which you have to resolve in the time period. For instance, network, software, application problem, email issues, uninstalling and reinstalling basic software applications, account login issue, resolve username and password incorrectly attempt problem etc. Once you done, you need to call back and help them to build their vision.
