As a receptionist, you are responsible for answering and forwarding, telephone incoming calls to the relevant person. For this, you should know how to operate PABX (Private Automated Branch Exchange) system. Also booking flight schedule as well as accommodation for the CEO. Printing, photocopying and faxing documents on behalf of other workers. Ordering office supplies and stationary before the finish.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent communication or speaking skills in English and Arabic as well.
Exceptional and pleasant personality.
Good command over MS office, emailing and internet surfing.
Must be available or residing in the UAE on a visit visa etc.
