1) Senior Project Manager – Civil (2 nos.)

Job Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Nationality: Indian National
• Civil Engineering degree with at least 20 plus years post qualification experience out of which 15 years should be in UAE. You will also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2) Project Co-Ordinators (2 nos.)

Job Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Nationality: Indian National
• Civil Engineering degree with at least 10 years post qualification experience out of which 7 years should be in UAE. You will also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

3) Project Engineers (2 nos.)

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree with at least 7 plus years post qualification experience out of which 6 years should be in UAE.

4) Planning Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree with at least 4-5 years post qualification experience out of which 2 years should be in a contracting company in UAE.

5) Land Surveyors (2 nos.)

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree with at least 7 plus years post qualification experience out of which 4 years should be in UAE.

6) Cost Control/Quantity Surveying Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Nationality: Indian National
• Civil engineering degree and should have a minimum of 7 years UAE experience in cost and quality control in contracting companies.

7) Document Controller

Job Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Nationality: Indian National
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a contracting company in UAE.
• Salary Range: 3000 – 3500 AED per month

8) General Foreman (2 nos.)

Job Requirements:

• As a General foreman, should possess a minimum of 15 years experience in the UAE as a Foreman who can manage both Civil and MEP.
• Should independently read and understand shop drawings.
• Should have leadership quality to manage manpower and productivity.
• Execute the work according to the instruction of PM/PE.
• Salary Range: 4000 – 4500 AED per month
