Job Requirements:

• Preferred candidates with Finance Graduate.
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Having strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be currently based inside the UAE.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing remittances through direct or third-party methods.
• Support clients by providing detailed product information and informing them about available services.
• Assist with the handling of wage disbursements and WPS file submissions.
• Carry out transactions through a single window.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and work with operations to find solutions.
• Maintain the privacy of client information.
• Support compliance oversight, especially in KYC, CDD, and EDD.
• Support WPS salary processing and manage SIF file operations.
• Uphold a professional attitude and a welcoming approach toward customers.
• Comply with company policies and maintain excellent service quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service both in person and via phone.
