I attended the previous walk-in interview on Saturday.
More than 200 candidates attended expecting interviews for the advertised positions. However, We all were only asked to submit their CVs and fill out a form. Due to the large number of applicants, individual interviews were not conducted. only CV collection (5 people at a time in a cabin)
Candidates were informed that further interviews would be scheduled later, but as of now, neither I nor many other candidates I am in contact with have received any follow-up communication.
In my opinion, the event appeared poorly organized. If the intention was primarily to collect CVs and screen candidates later, it would have been more transparent to communicate that in advance. This would have saved many candidates significant time, travel expenses, and effort.
Candidates planning to attend should be aware that the process involve ONLY CV collection rather than an immediate interview or same-day hiring decision.
