Job Requirements:

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates with minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, particularly in the banking or retail industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong market awareness and knowledge of the cash in transit industry.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Having a UAE valid driving license is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will manage our business development efforts in the banking sector, contributing to our financial growth by securing business from both the banking and retail industries.
• This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and negotiating and closing deals.
