Menu Development: A talent for menu creation, adaptation, and optimization.
Training and Development: Ability to train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Creativity: A flair for culinary innovation and the capacity to introduce new dishes and concepts.
