Imdaad Facilities Management is conducting open day walk-in interview to fill the following roles below:

• Site Supervisor – Soft Services
• Technician – Fire Fighting System
• Technician – Fire Alarm Systems

Job Requirements For Site Supervisor – Soft Services:

• Candidates with 4 to 6 year of experience as Cleaning Supervisor/Team Leader with facilities management company in UAE/GCC.
• BICS Certified will be an advantage.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervises cleaners to carry out their work.
• Inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners.
• Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences.
• Ensures all cleaning equipment and chemicals are well maintained and is safe for use.
• Checks on the stock level of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Regular check for health and safety standards.
• Immediately available candidate on visit or cancelled visa will be preferred.

Job Requirements For Technician – Fire Fighting System:

• Perform inspections and maintenance services of all fire extinguishers, hose, sprinklers and pumps.
• Able to replace, repair, fill and tag all extinguishers and hose.
• Able to maintain inspections based upon NFPA standards and ISO practices.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting & repairing of fire protection systems.
• Diploma or relevant trade certification from a recognized institute.
• Candidates only with, notice period, visit visa and cancellation will be interviewed.

Job Requirements For Technician – Fire Alarm Systems:

• Able to diagnose and inspects electrical / fire alarm / security systems and maintenance.
• Analyses blue prints, schematics and drawings of fire alarm and/or other related electrical systems.
• Installs electrical system components as assigned (e.g. panels, audible/visual alarms, pull stations, detectors, etc.)
• Able to respond to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
• Minimum of 2 years of Fire Alarm, Safety & Security Industry.
• Diploma or relevant trade certification from a recognized institute.
• Candidates only with, notice period, visit visa and cancellation will be interviewed.
