Habitat Schools is currently looking for experienced and dedicated professionals to join the team as PRT HOD in the following subjects:

• PRT – HOD Arabic
• PRT – HOD SST (Social Science)
• PRT – HOD Maths
• PRT – HOD English
• PRT – HOD Science

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with regular 3 years of Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Candidates with 2 years of Master’s degree in the same subject.
• Candidates with B.Ed. qualification in the relevant subject.
• Candidates with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE in the respective subject.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and curriculum development.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the department to ensure effective teaching and learning.
• Design and implement curriculum plans aligned with the school’s educational standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support teachers in the department for continuous professional development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their academic growth.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and participate in school-wide activities and events.
• Ensure the overall academic success and well-being of students in the department.
