Khidmah is a prominent facilities management and property solutions company provider based in the UAE, is currently hosting a open day walk in interview to meet potential candidates looking to join our growing team to fill the following positions below.

1. Female Assistant Manager

• Candidates with minimum of 2 years of staff supervision experience.
• Candidates with experience with event operations or public safety coordination.
• Familiarity with local beach regulations and incident documentation procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (hospitality, retail, camps, or similar environments).
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Customer service experience in high-volume outdoor environments.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors.
• Ability to assist in emergency response situations when required.
• Confidence working in public-facing, high-visibility environments.

2. Female Beach Supervisor

• Candidates with experience in incident command or emergency management.
• Administrative and report-writing experience.
• Bilingual communication skills are considered an advantage.
• Proven lifeguarding experience (typically 2-3 seasons or equivalent rescue/lead hours).
• Ability to manage multiple incidents effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred or required for transportation-related duties).
• Strong swimming and rescue capabilities.
• Ability to maintain situational awareness across multiple stations.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and coordinate emergency logistics.
