Front Office Department:

1) Guest Service Agent

Job Requirements:

• Excellent in communication skills.
• 1 year experience working in UAE hotel for a 4 and 5 star properties.
• Graduate of Hotel and Tourism.
• Can join immediately.
• Multi – language is an advantage.

Job Role:

• Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through.
• Accurately administers Front Desk Clerical systems and procedures.
• To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
• To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.

Engineering Department:

2) AC Technician

Job Requirements:

• A graduate of Mechanical background.
• At least a 1 year hotel background experience in Engineering.
• Team player.
• Can join immediately.

Job Role:

• Repairs, maintains and provides technical attention to all Electrical, Mechanical Refrigeration systems of the hotel – walk in freezer, fridges, Ice makers, fan coil units, chiller, etc.
• Maintains preventively all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems at the Hotel.
• Ensures routine cleaning of Fan-coil units and air-handling unit filters.
• Overhauling of air-condition/refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Checks all refrigeration and oil levels and control of major repairs.
